What to do about a 1002

  1. Try again later.
  2. Tell the site owner.Copy the report below; the Ray ID tells them exactly which request failed.

Nothing on your side causes this. VPN, cookies and browser do not matter here.

  1. A CNAME that resolves to a prohibited IP
  2. Records that loop or point to Cloudflare

Correct the DNS target so it resolves to the real origin.
