Where it broke: on your side
You your browser Cloudflare the edge in between The website the site’s own server

You used an IP address instead of the site’s name. The site is fine.

Someone typed or linked a bare IP address that belongs to Cloudflare. Cloudflare needs the site’s domain name to know which site you want. Waiting won’t change it. Nothing to wait for — use the website’s name.

What to do about a 1003

  1. Open the site by its domain name, not the IP.
  2. If a link or app sent you here, tell whoever made it.

1003 — if you run this site

  1. A link, script or app uses a Cloudflare IP directly
  2. A hosts-file entry or scanner

Nothing to fix on your side unless you published the IP somewhere; clients must use the hostname.
