You — or the many people sharing your internet address — sent more requests in a short time than the site allows. Seconds to a few minutes. Stop reloading and it lifts.

What to do about a 1015

  1. Stop reloading.Wait a minute, then try once.
  2. If you use a VPN or a shared network, the limit may be tripped by others sharing your addressswitch network.
  3. If an extension or script auto-refreshes the page, turn it off.

  1. A Rate Limiting rule matching the client’s IP
  2. Aggressive clients, bots or shared NAT addresses

Check the rule’s threshold and period; rate limits keyed on IP hit shared networks hard. Consider per-session keys or a challenge action.
