Cloudflare couldn’t route your request to the website. Not you, not the site.

Cloudflare received the request but could not match it to a working site configuration. If the site was just added to Cloudflare, minutes. Otherwise the owner or Cloudflare must act.

What to do about a 1018

  1. Wait a few minutes, then reload once.
  2. Tell the site owner.Copy the report below; the Ray ID tells them exactly which request failed.

1018 — if you run this site

  1. Domain not yet fully active on Cloudflare
  2. A zone in a broken or pending state

Check zone status in the dashboard; verify the nameservers are Cloudflare’s.
