The website’s firewall blocked you. A rule, not a fault.

A rule the site owner wrote matched your request — your address, your country, your browser, or the page you asked for. Not a bug, a decision. Waiting won’t change it. Rules do not lift by themselves. Change something, or ask the owner.

What to do about a 1020

  1. If you use a VPN, turn it off and try again.Shared VPN addresses are often blocked.
  2. Try a private window, or another browser.Extensions that change headers or block scripts can trip the rules.
  3. Try another networkswitch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
  4. Contact the owner with the Ray IDit points them at the exact rule.

1020 — if you run this site

  1. A WAF custom rule with the Block action
  2. Managed rules or Bot Fight Mode blocking the request

Search Security Events for the Ray ID; the matched rule and its expression are shown. Loosen or add an exception.
